How do I add or edit players cards to my wallet?

To add a card click on your wallet under account  click the "+" at the bottom and enter info. 

To edit a card go to your wallet click on the card you want to edit. Click the 3 dots on the right then click the pencil to edit or trash can to delete it.

What if I need to contact support?

How do I contact Slot Player Life or give feedback?

Where do I see my casino offers?

Once you add a Player's Club Card to your Wallet, your personalized offers will automatically appear in the 'My Offers' section, which you can access from your Profile. You will also get notifications from the bell in the top right corner. If you have notifications turned on, SPL will push you a notification when new offers are sent from the casino.

How do I log a win or loss?

You can log any session using our Add win/loss feature! From the app's home screen (the Lobby), just tap the main 'Add win/loss' action button and allow phone prompts for access to photos. The wizard will guide you through the rest.

I can't find a specific game in the app.

Our game database is huge, but sometimes a new or rare game might not be listed yet. You can still log your session! In the Add win/loss process, you can manually type in any game name you want, even if it doesn't auto-populate. Feel free to add a game through the menu as well!

Add win/loss photo upload not working

I'm sorry you're having trouble! Photo upload issues are often related to a weak internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular) or app permissions. Please check your connection and also make sure you've given the SPL app permission to access your photos in your phone's settings.

Diary

How are my stats in the Slot Diary calculated?

The Slot Diary automatically calculates your stats based on the win/loss entries you log. 'Total Wins' is the sum of all your winning and losing amounts, 'Biggest Win' is the single largest positive entry you've logged, and 'Average Win' is that total divided by the number of entries

Can I edit an entry in my Slot Diary?

Yes, you can! Go to your Slot Diary by tapping on the Diary action button on the Lobby or the Diary icon on the bottom navigation bar. Tap on the three vertical dots on the right side of the entry you wish to change, and then tap the ‘Pen Edit' icon . You can update the amount, game, photos, and notes.

How do I change the email address on my account?

You can update your email address in the app's settings. Tap your Profile icon, go to 'Settings' ⚙️, then select 'Account Info'. From there, you can edit your email address.

Can I use the app offline?

The app requires an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular data) to log new entries, view the social feed, and sync your data in real-time. You may be able to view previously loaded data in your Slot Diary while offline, but functionality will be limited.

How do I reset my password?

You can reset your password from the app's login screen. Tap 'Forgot Password?', enter your email address, and we'll send you a link with instructions to create a new one.

I forgot my username.

No problem! Your username is the name other users see in the app. However, you can always log in using the email address you registered with. Once you're logged in, you can see your username on your Profile page.

How do I change my profile picture?

You can change your profile picture by going to your Account page, and in Account details, press Profile, then tapping the 'camera' icon will allow you to choose a new one from your phone's gallery.

How can I suggest a new feature?

We would love to hear your ideas! The best feedback comes from our players. You can share any suggestions for new features or improvements with our team directly through our Contact Us form.

How do I delete my account?

We're sorry to see you go! To delete your account go to Account > Profile> and scroll to the bottom of the screen. This feature can not be undone. Once deleted the account is closed permanently.  If you decide to join SPL again, you will have to create a new account.

How do I turn off the push notifications from SPL?

You have full control over your notifications on your phone. Go to your phone 'Settings' (the gear icon ⚙️), and then select 'Notifications or Apps & Notifications'. From there, you can choose exactly which alerts you want to receive.

The app is crashing, what should I do?

I'm sorry the app is giving you trouble! Here are a few common steps that often resolve crashing issues:

  1. Force Close the App: Completely close it from your device's app switcher.
  2. Check for Updates: Make sure you have the latest version of SPL from the App Store or Google Play.
  3. Restart Your Device: A simple restart often fixes temporary glitches.
  4. If none of the above works please open a support ticket below.
